Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service price.

If your cut or color isn’t sitting right, come back within a week and the same stylist will make it right — on us.
